ASI Limited will be fabricating and installing approximately 125,000 square feet of panels for the University of Kentucky Patient Care Facility. Of this 125,000, over 31,000 squft. will be insulated. 200,000 pounds of material will be used, primarily 1/8” aluminum, to produce over 15,000 formed plate panels. ASI is currently in the planning stages, with installation planned to begin this summer.
This project ASILIMITED will furnish and install over 176,000 square feet of unitized curtainwall and associated 118,000 square feet of formed aluminum plate panels. Curtain wall fabrication by ASI / PGT JV with all shop drawings and engineering provided by CDC, Inc. based in Dallas, TX. ASILimited will begin on-site in July of 2009. The construction manager is Turner Construction(Cinn) and the architects are GBBN and Ellerbe Becket Architects.
