| ASI Limited to Provide Sunshades ,Lightshelves, Canopy Fascia for U.S. Embassy in Ethiopia |
ASI Limited is preparing to manufacturing sunshades, lightshelves, and canopy fascia panels for another international project for B L Harbert International. This project is in Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia. There are approximately 1200 lineal feet that make up the 112 sunshades as well as over 5,000 square feet of .090 fascia canopy panels. There are also 76 light shelves for another 375 lineal feet of material. The light shelves are mounted on the inside of the windows. The purpose of the light shelf is to provide additional protection from the sunlight that came in above the sunshade. The light shelves also have a reflective painted finish on the top side that helps reflect additional daylight into the building which can decrease or eliminate the need for incandescent or fluorescent lighting within a building.
